A refund may be payable where your agreed cancellation conditions allow it, where Jags Place cannot provide the booked accommodation, or where applicable law provides a remedy. Each case must be assessed using the booking contract and the circumstances.
2. Cancellation periods
No universal free-cancellation deadline has been set on this website. Your booking offer must state the exact deadline and any charges before you accept it. Cancellation requests should be made promptly through the contact page or the contact method supplied with your booking.
3. Full, partial and non-refundable bookings
A full or partial refund depends on the agreed conditions and any legal rights. If a non-refundable rate is offered in future, it must be clearly identified before booking. This website does not currently sell a non-refundable rate.
4. Property issues
Report significant issues as soon as possible through your stay support contact so that they can be assessed and, where possible, put right. If the accommodation cannot be provided as agreed, any alternative, price reduction or refund must be considered in line with the contract and applicable law.
5. Booking amendments
Changing dates or guest numbers does not automatically create a refund entitlement. Any revised price, refund or additional charge will be explained before an amendment is accepted.
6. How refunds are processed
An approved refund should normally be returned using the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s rules. The team must confirm the amount and expected processing time for your case. No fixed processing time is promised by this draft.
7. Circumstances outside our control
Travel disruption and other exceptional circumstances will be considered individually. Please check your travel insurance and booking conditions. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
